Processing and delivery times

Once you have chosen an item, we will ensure your order is processed quickly and carefully .

Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days . Slight delays may occur on weekends and public holidays.
The average delivery time is 6–10 working days .
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your delivery at any time on our tracking page .

These circumstances are beyond our control. Therefore, we recommend that you always expect longer delivery times during peak season.

Processing time and delivery time

Product arrived damaged?

We are very sorry! In exceptional cases, damage can occur during shipping. In such cases, we will of course send you a free replacement . Should the problem persist, you will receive a full refund .

Didn't receive your order?

Should your package be lost or fail to arrive for logistical reasons, we will send you a replacement free of charge . If delivery has not been made after 60 days , we will refund the full amount .
